SMS Messaging

The most effective way to remind your patients and reduce DNAs.

Text messages are the most effective way to remind patients of their upcoming appointment. In fact, they reduce ‘no shows” by up to 50%, and are 80% cheaper than using traditional mail.

When a reminder is sent, or a confirmation received, the status appears in the appointment diary. Patients can reply to these reminder text messages and their reply will be included in the appointment diary. Cancelled appointments are removed automatically and the patient’s appointment record is updated

Remote Forms

Minimise patient contact until it’s time for treatment.

R4+ users can send forms to patients for completion and return prior to their appointment at the practice, therefore reducing physical contact and paperwork at the practice. 

With Remote Forms, your patients can complete and sign the forms securely online, then return them to the practice, where the completed forms can be viewed in the patient’s Comms tab. Links to forms can also be emailed to patients who don’t have a booked appointment.

Many patients find it difficult to arrange an appointment during normal opening hours, especially if the practice phone is engaged. Appointmentor allows patients to book appointments online, whenever they prefer, even outside of normal surgery hours.

At the same, time you still control who can make bookings, the types of appointments that can be booked, as well as the provider and time/date. It's easier and more convenient for both you and your patients, and you'll also have fewer missed appointments.
